Caliber was brought in by longtime partner JLL to address a critical emergency for one of New York’s largest utility companies. In January 2021, the utility faced a high-risk issue requiring immediate snow and landscape coverage across sensitive sites. Caliber stepped in, navigating one of the toughest markets in the country by coordinating supply chains, conducting site walks, developing service plans, and hosting weekly progress calls. Our efforts stabilized the situation and positioned JLL as the solution provider for the client.

The successful response led to Caliber being awarded the full snow and landscaping contract for both upstate and downstate New York.
