Transforming Spaces:

The landscape at 201 King of Prussia Road required a major renovation due to its outdated design and overgrown vegetation. Located in the high-traffic area of Radnor, PA, with multiple businesses on site, the property lacked dedicated outdoor spaces, leading tenants to place their own picnic tables under trees. Caliber Service Management, guided by our experienced team members Tom and Ryan, took on the challenge. Their expertise ensured that the renovation focused on the client's needs of increasing sustainability while creating inviting outdoor spaces.

Implementing Purpose & Design:

To begin, Caliber removed overgrown trees and shrubs, clearing the way for a more intentional landscape design. Healthy plants were carefully transplanted to better-suited locations, making room for new, low-water, native species that ensure year-round color and resilience.

Ornamental grasses were introduced to add texture and vibrancy, while a structured row of evergreens provided a cohesive backdrop. Pruning trees in the parking lot enhanced visibility and improved safety. The final touch was transforming an open concrete palette into a welcoming open-air private space for employees by using planters and privacy screening. This blend of functionality and visual appeal created inviting relaxation areas for tenants.

Strategically Chosen Plants:

Our landscape design incorporates a selection of carefully chosen plants that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also offer practical benefits.

Ornamental grasses and evergreens provide year-round color and structure while controlling erosion and ensuring privacy. Hydrangeas and flowering shrubs add vibrant seasonal color and attract beneficial wildlife, all while requiring minimal upkeep. Perennials contribute to long-term sustainability with their ability to return year after year, improving soil health and offering diverse textures and colors. Together, these plants create a visually stunning, eco-friendly, and low-effort landscape.

We are Solvers:

Building on the success of the initial renovation, further enhancements are planned in response to positive tenant feedback. As the plants mature, the landscape will become even more beautiful and functional. For example, the evergreens planted around the picnic tables will grow taller, adding a level of privacy that remains breathable and open.

We are committed to tenant satisfaction and appreciate clients who share our values in sustainability. This renovation not only reduces costs but also enhances the property’s appeal, allowing tenants to take pride in their workplace with a landscape that reflects the quality within.
